Went with dad to White Hall and then on to Loraine on Wednesday. Great trip, and it was nice to take some pictures that I've wanted to get for some time. We visited the cemetery there and even managed to find Madison Koontz in Astoria as well. As soon as I get more time I'll get the photos onto the various pages.
Wanted to congratulate Jordan - picked as student of the month for April! We're all very proud of you.
Heard that Colton did really well on his ACT's - way to go dude!

Sounds like everyone had a pretty good Easter! Been out hiking when I can however, we now have an issue.

Now as Aunt Renie can tell you, photographs can be misleading. Without something in the photo that you know the size of, you can't always tell the size of an object in the photo. For example, you may look at this and think that it's just a little snake. So in this next photo I have added a picture of me, in the same scale, so you now know what I was up against.
UHUH! That's the size of the snake I saw! Now when I tell you it was huge - and had fangs - and I barely escaped a certain doom, you know it's the truth! And you can understand why we have an issue now...
Anyway -
Do ya think the Blackhawks will pull it off? Sure has been fun to watch! The Bulls look good too! Ahhh but my Cubs... That's another story....

Put some new photos up in the gallery. Been doing a lot of research as the weather is pretty dreary. Not a lot of new information to get up as of yet but I'll keep digging! Does anyone know when spring will arrive and better yet stay?

Divided the photos up as the bird one was getting a little large. There is a dropdown box to view other galleries. Added quite a few today. The weather has it's moments, hot one day cold the next. Sure is nice to get out though.

Had a great day at Rick and Renie's - what a great place! Wonderful location, and the scenery - well you have to go. Thanks again and I'll get back out soon.
I added a photo gallery to the photo page, and I'll probably get rid of the other site. Let me know how it works for everyone. Have tons of new photos - the Eagles and Pelicans were amazing. Make sure you check out the view from the bluff - hit the photo tab and scroll down. Click on it and it'll expand. (See Rick, no big deal!)

Will it ever warm up? Been trying to get out of the house when I can, but it sure hasn't been easy. Spring is really taking it's time getting here this year.
