Notes:
I wonder if America Clark was Alexander's 2nd wife. The 1850 Federal Census shows an Ester Wallace age 15 and William Wallace age 13, both born in Tennessee. America and Alexander were married in 1849 and she was 22 in 1850. The 1900 Census also Lists America living with William E Wallace and listing her as mother to him however it shows his age being 28. I have searched Tennessee marriage records and haven't found anything. Need to find a death certificate for William or Ester, perhaps it lists a mother's name.
